Providence St. Joseph Health Senior Administrative Coordinator - Clinical Research in Seattle, Washington

Description This position is responsible for independently coordinating and performing high volume, complex and specialized administrative, office, and project management duties in support of the Division of Research, the Chief Science Officer, and the research finance, grant and contract and leadership teams. These duties may include, but not be limited to, responsibility for all department administrative accountabilities including program planning schedules and status, leading administrative staff in carrying out department objectives, acting as a liaison for internal and external customers, documentation maintenance, data maintenance and reporting, coordination of meetings, reviews/conferences, budget planning and management, and purchasing of equipment and office supplies. Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree Or equivalent educ/experience. 5 years Job related experience, managing the daily operations of a fast paced office environment coordinating complex administrative projects and supporting multiple professional staff members. 1 year Experience leading the work of others. Demonstrated experience in analyzing data to identify and report issues, patterns, and trends. Preferred qualifications: Experience in a healthcare setting. Why Join Providence?
