Job Description: Baker Tilly is searching for Senior Director of Learning and Development. This role will sit with our People Solutions Leadership team and report to our Chief People Officer. This highly visible role will drive value across all functions and geographies and will be a force multiplier for our Firm's growth. We are seeking an individual who has developed and executed a successful Learning & Development strategy that directly supports and is aligned with the business strategy, leveraging the latest technologies and learning best practices. This leader will have stakeholders across the firm and be the advocate for our learning strategy. This individual will need to have a strategic mindset to drive strategy, but also be able to be hands on to help enhance our learning programs in place today, as well as for the future.
