Description Senior Executive Assistant - Administration (337646) Schedule: FTE 1.0, Day This position provides advanced, diversified and confidential administrative support to the Swedish Community Board of Trustees and senior executives as assigned. Responsibilities include scheduling and managing regular and special meetings of the Community Board and corresponding Board committees. Adheres to reporting timelines and plans and develops meeting agendas and materials. Facilitates follow-up for Board and Board committee meetings. Facilitates annual meetings, retreats and other special meetings as conference coordinator. Manages the orientation process of new CB members. Maintain Board Bylaws and Policies and works with Board Chair and Chief Executive to ensure Board compliance. Providence caregivers are not simply valued - they're invaluable. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, this pivotal role offers the opportunity to provide essential administrative support to the Swedish Providence Central Service Area Executive Leadership Team and potentially one hospital campus. You will be supporting one or more key executives, including the Chief Administrative Officer, Chief Nursing Officer, Chief Medical Officer, Chief Human Resource Officer, Chief Mission Integration Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and/or Associate Vice President. In this role, you will handle a wide range of complex and diversified administrative functions with a high level of confidentiality. You will act as a crucial liaison, fostering positive relations with senior management, caregivers, physicians, and the public, all while working independently and with minimal supervision. Additionally, you will provide cross-coverage and support as needed for your peers and team members. Required qualifications: Associate's Degree or equivalent educ/experience or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school. 4 years of recent administrative work supporting high-level executive(s) in a major organization. Preferred qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing 6 years of recent administrative work supporting high-level executive(s) in a major organization. Health Care experience. Why Join Providence?
