Join our dynamic team as a Senior Product Manager – Technical in the Amazon Exports team in Seattle, WA, and be at the forefront of innovation that impacts customers in over 200 countries and regions. You'll be part of an exciting journey to enable customers worldwide to purchase any product we offer globally, through a seamless, localized, and personalized experience at competitive prices and with superior delivery.

In this pivotal role, you'll own the vision and end-to-end product roadmap to transform the shopping experience for cross-border customers across the globe. You'll drive large-scale machine learning and AI products that enhance the Amazon International Shopping (AIS) experience on worldwide sites. From defining feature, business, and technology strategies to executing them in collaboration with cross-functional teams, you'll be at the helm of delivering multiple initiatives and tech products that span the entire Amazon shopping experience.

Key job responsibilities

• Conceptualize and deliver comprehensive customer insights to better understand opportunities to improve the shopping experience of international customers

• Think big and own the long-term vision to improve the cross-border customer experience

• Drive CX product roadmap and tech initiatives to improve the end-to-end customer journey

• Define technical requirements and drive product/tech design with tech teams

• Own relationship with internal and external tech and business teams around the world

• Partner with senior leaders to drive cross-organizational initiatives

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

  • Experience managing technical products or online services

  • Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4+ years of end to end product delivery experience

  • 3+ years of technical product or program management experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
