Description The Senior Process Improvement Specialist - Business Analytics is responsible for leading advanced strategic analysis across the region. This role owns the visualization of data that allow us to improve the quality and value of care and that enable predictive analysis and forecasting. This role provides analytic support to evaluate metrics across finance, operations and quality. Findings are presented to a broad audience including C-level Operational executives and medical group core leaders. Providence caregivers are not simply valued - they're invaluable. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree Business, finance, mathematics, economics, accounting, computer science, healthcare administration or related field. 4 years Experience which may be concurrent that includes: gathering, analyzing and presentation of data for a wide range of leaders in various organizational areas. May also include experience in: Power BI Advanced Excel features Analysis and presentation of data A variety of information systems and data files, including large and complex files, transforming raw data into finished products. 2 years Work experience in healthcare. 1 year Experience with Power BI visualization design and development. Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree Business, finance, mathematics, economics, accounting, computer science, healthcare administration or related field. Why Join Providence?
