Position Duties: The Senior Specialist, Product Manager will implement automated systems and processes for various data ingestions and provider integration for worldwide coverage. Build and evolve a long-term product strategy by deeply understanding customer needs, use cases, market dynamics, and product principles. Perform User Research: Conduct or review user research to understand customer needs, pain points, and feedback. This could involve surveys, interviews, or analyzing user data. Develop short term and longer product priorities, product requirements documents, communicate and build consensus on prioritization within the overall product roadmap. Conduct Sprint Planning: Prior to start of the sprint the Product Manager is responsible for by reviewing the priorities and tasks for the day. This may involve checking emails, reviewing the product backlog, and setting daily goals. The Product Manager ensures that attendees are prepared to discuss the most important product backlog items and how they map to the product goal. Define product and go to market metrics and monitor them to ensure overall success. Perform Data Analysis & Monitoring: The Product Manager will analyze product metrics and data to identify trends, track performance, and make data-driven decisions. This involves using analytics tools and working with relevant teams to gather data. The product manager is also responsible for monitor system alerts and logs to proactively identify potential issues or anomalies in the behaviour of microservices. Identify product improvements and iterate to make them a reality. Participate in Problem-solving: Address any issues or roadblocks that arise during development. This might include resolving conflicts within the team, adjusting priorities, or finding solutions to technical challenges. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze performance metrics of microservices to identify bottlenecks, optimize resource utilization, and enhance overall efficiency. They are also responsible for monitor system alerts and logs to proactively identify potential issues or anomalies in the behaviour of microservices. Build effective cross-functional relationships with product marketing, sales, account management, and engineering to drive execution and overall product success. Engaged in Cross-functional Communication: Engage with stakeholders, including leadership. Marketing teams, product operations, customer support, and other teams, to provide updates, gather feedback, discuss priorities and address concerns. Communicate internally and externally a broader strategic story and thought leadership. Customer Interaction: Engage directly with customers through support sales, quarterly reviews or feedback sessions to gain insights and build a deeper understanding of user needs. Release Planning: Plan and coordinate releases of new features or updates to microservices, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum reliability. Documentation: Update and maintain product documentation, including user stories, feature specifications, APO documentation, operational procedures, status updates and other relevant documents to facilitate seamless collaboration within the team and with other teams and stakeholders. Manage the daily workflow with a team of engineers, data scientists, and designers. Team Stand-ups: Participate in daily stand-up meetings with the development team to discuss progress, address challenges, and ensure everyone is aligned on goals.

 

Job Requirements: Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology Innovation, Information Technology or related and two (2) years of experience in job offered or as a Product Manager or related. Alternativel
