The Integrated Water Management (IWM) Group is looking for a Senior Water Resource Engineer/Project Manager in our Seattle office. You will have the opportunity to demonstrate your technical expertise, local relationships and knowledge on meaningful projects with the support to grow your career. As a part of the Integrated Water Management team, you will also have the opportunity to support projects across North America and globally. The position will consist of managing projects and staff while supporting business development and client relationship management. Working with an energetic and hard-working team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in: * Serving as technical lead to develop the approach, implement projects, and present to clients and project partners * Preparing technical analysis, modeling, reports, presentations, and bid documents * Managing and mentoring staff * Serving as project manager, delivering quality projects on budget and schedule What you will bring to the team: * Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering; (Environmental, Civil, or similar), Advanced Degree in related field is a plus. * Minimum 10 years of civil engineering experience with a focus on public water resources infrastructure planning, analysis including modeling, engineering, and planning projects. * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Experience leading a team of engineers and technical staff * Long-term client management experience * Experience preparing complex engineering analysis and planning documents * Experience in developing project scopes, schedules, and budgets * Strong technical writing skills; with grant and proposal writing experience a plus * Must be able to work on multiple assignments simultaneously; and have strong organizational, problem solving, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills * Expertise using Microsoft Excel and other relevant software * Skilled in GIS and AutoCAD applications a plus * Experience in project delivery from planning, design, permitting, construction, and post-construction monitoring * Experience leading complex multidisciplinary teams a plus * Experience evaluating and designing fish passage and screening projects a plus * Experience with evaluation and restoration of natural systems, including wetlands, riverine systems, and tidal estuaries a plus * Experience developing mitigation banks a plus * Licensed Professional Engineer in WA, To view the full job description,
