SERVICE CREWMEMBER JOB DESCRIPTION
Dining Room Server Assistant
Hiring Unrivaled Server Assistants for our beautiful waterfront location in downtown Seattle.
Job responsibilities will include clearing and setting of tables. Ongoing stocking and cleaning bus stations. Adhering to sanitation and safety policies. Maintaining tables during service by removing courses as completed, refilling water glasses, and being attentive to additional needs of team members and guests.
Must Have:
- Related training and/or job experience that would enable applicant to demonstrate knowledge, skills and abilities to perform job.
- Be able to take ownership of your work and willing to be held accountable for your actions.
- Must have stage presence at all times.
- Can work "on their feet" and able to sustain high energy activities for extended periods of time.
- Able to lift 50 pounds.
- Regular, reliable, predictable attendance required.
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Flexible schedule and weekend availability is required.
Can carry full cocktail and large oval trays safely & consistently.
Preferred:
- Minimum 6 months as a server assistant in a restaurant of comparable quality of service and volume.
Food and beverage knowledge along with hospitality and service skills.
*Pay: *Average $23-28/hour with commissions ($8-8/hour base rate + 2.5% commission on gross sales).*
*In the unlikely event the base rate + commissions in a workweek do not meet or exceed the minimum wage, SAs will be paid at least the minimum wage of $19.97/hour.
