Location/Division Specific Information

This is an onsite position in Hillsboro, Oregon.

Discover Impactful Work:

The Site Experience Project Manager is a new role and reports to the Hillsboro Site Leader and matrix into the Human Resources Team. This position will work closely with the Site Leadership Team to coordinate initiatives focused on elevating the talent pipeline, enhancing the employee experience, and supporting the safety and wellbeing of the employees.

A day in the Life:

  • Improve Thermo Fisher brand in the local area to attract and retain talent, through partnering with Talent Acquisition, local community groups and professional associations to build our talent pipeline.

  • Enhance the employee experience by supporting and implementing programs that address results from our annual Employee Involvement Survey

  • Coordinate with internal customers to maintain and facilitate Site Orientation Program for New Hires and Transfers.

  • In partnership with HR, build and deliver on strategies to communicate the ThermoFisher Brand and Employee Value Proposition to external talent market.

  • Act as coordinator for site Business Resource Groups which serve to cultivate a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion.

  • Support site improvement projects in partnership with Site Leadership

  • Support site safety programs in partnership with Environmental Health and Safety as needed

  • Maintain metrics for Talent Pipeline creation, Employee Involvement Survey and employee culture metrics.

  • Manage other duties as assigned

Keys to Success:

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree

Experience

  • 5 years of related work experience leading projects and initiatives. Experience in managing human resources projects is a plus.

  • Working cross functionally within a fast-paced business environment

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Work Environment

You will work in an office environment across a campus facility. There will be opportunities to connect in person with community partners throughout the broader Portland Metro area.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in Oregon is $75,800.00–$113,675.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
