Amazon Sr. Product Manager - Technical, Amazon in Seattle, Washington

Product Managers are the builders in Amazon. They are responsible for building new features, tools, processes, and business. We are looking for a highly motivated Sr. Product Manager-Technical to own and build multiple cutting edge features to reduce shopping barriers and drive both critical day-day activities and strategic vision in Fashion-tech space.

This position requires a proactive, highly motivated leader with an aptitude for critical thinking, process improvement, and demonstrable history of building and managing critical features at speed.

This is an exciting and unique position that gives opportunity to work and influence on almost every part of customer journey (Ads, Search, Detail pages, cart and checkout) while building innovative cost to serve reduction features. This role provides a chance to be at the ground floor of building out world class features that will be highly visible and drive immediate impact to entire Amazon.

Key job responsibilities

  • Creating, maintaining, and prioritizing product development phasing and backlog, including requirement grooming, and making verbal and written recommendations to management and partner with engineering teams to execute

  • Collaborate and prioritize key development efforts and timelines with product developers to ensure short term and long term goals are met

  • Ensuring that change management, global standardization, application optimization, scalability, and agility are components of the features design and development

  • Work closely with leaders more broadly across the Fashion team and Amazon more broadly

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $121,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
