You’ll also be responsible for creating and then driving mechanisms to measure and track the success of policy changes designed to mitigate fraud, abuse, content violations, and disappointing customer experiences. You’ll work with a wide variety of stakeholders across the Books team and beyond in order to ensure success, including Books business teams, Legal, Public Relations, Public Policy, Engineering, and Operations.

Critical skills for this role include a background in online Trust & Safety, outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and experience managing and solving complex and ambiguous problems where multiple stakeholders play a role in delivering results.
