Jacobs Sr. Project Manager - Healthcare Design in Seattle, Washington
Sr. Project Manager to manage a Seattle Healthcare based client who is embarking in creating a second hospital campus. The Sr. PM be leading the Master Planning and Entitlement phase of the Program with the goal to achieve Board Approval to commence design and construction. They’ll multidiscipline team of peer employees and consultants to complete tasks within established schedules, budgets, using a variety of delivery models, as well as utilizing your experience to execute project strategies.
They will be responsible for overall project delivery in multiple project assignments (procurement, cost, schedule, quality, information, contracts). And they will play an integral role in engaging between project client, master planner, multiple authority having jurisdiction. Your leadership skills is a key responsibility in fostering collaborative communications and relationships.
You’ll also provide oversight and manage coordination of master planning and entitlement activities to mitigate risks, issues and ensure deliverables are met.
Bachelor of Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
10+ years of Project Construction Management experience within Healthcare.
Experience in design management as this will be Master Planner Heavy
10+ years of experience managing large programs with projects in construction values excess of $100 million
Strong working knowledge in design and construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, environmental and LEED applications, team building and client relationship building.
