We are seeking a Senior Specialist to join our growing Learning and Development Team. The Senior Specialist will provide project and content management support and enhancements to Slalom's Go to Market and Consulting populations. We're seeking someone with a passion for driving impact on employee engagement, productivity, and business success, while also enjoying conducting future-thinking research to shape the programs of tomorrow. Job Title: Global Learning & Development Sr. Specialist This job posting will close on Friday, June 14th 5:00pm PST What You'll Do * Drive learning efforts sponsored by the Chief Customer Officer * Drive learning efforts within the Consultant Development Team with scaling and enhancements to Consultant Development Learning programs * Conduct comprehensive research on emerging trends, technologies, and disruptions in both the consulting and sales areas * Analyze market data, industry reports, and academic literature to identify key insights and opportunities * Design surveys, metrics and analyze results to monitor program impacts and inform program improvements and strategy * Work effectively and collaboratively as a Global People Team member and with Slalom's internal teams What You'll Bring * 2 to 3 years+ of project management and coordination or related experience in a fast-paced and challenging work environment * Experience supporting large-scale corporate events, learning experiences, and/or people-focused programs * Previous experience in corporate Learning, Talent Management, HR, and/or equivalent functions * Skill in critical and creative thinking to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems * Scrupulous attention to detail with an ability to organize, drive, and maintain numerous work products and tasks * Ability to translate ideas into clear written and visual materials/communications * Strong interpersonal communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills * Demonstrated success working both independently and in teams, on multiple dynamic projects with a high degree of autonomy * Experience creating and managing SharePoint sites or similar document management tools. * Advanced skills and experience in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint are required * BA or Undergraduate degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent experience About Us Slalom is a purpose-led, global business and technology consulting company.
