Cloud Engineering Infrastructure Development
Oracle’s Cloud Infrastructure team is building services that operate at high scale in a broadly distributed multi-tenant cloud environment. Our customers run their businesses on our cloud, and our mission is to provide them with best-in-class compute, storage, networking, database, security, and an ever-expanding set of foundational cloud-based services.
We’re looking for hands-on TPM with expertise and passion in solving difficult problems in distributed systems and highly available services. Responsibilities
Foster effective teamwork, communication, and collaboration across Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Support, and other key stakeholders
Define and manage complex programs with competing priorities by influencing the roadmaps and priorities of essential partners.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain the roadmap, set realistic expectations, and ensure that our products and services uphold high operational excellence standards.
Oversee the execution and timely delivery of features for both users and developers, ensuring they meet scope requirements.
Maintain high standards and consistency in the Oracle customer experience.
Recommend process improvements and act as the primary point of contact for any issues or questions related to the program.
Ensure that necessary resources are allocated to support specific programs.
Provide ongoing written and verbal updates on release status to senior leadership.
Adapt flexibly and resiliently to changing or ambiguous situations, advising on necessary adjustments through proper review and approval processes.

US: Hiring Range: from $74,100 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
