About the Starbucks Summer Internship Program: * *
The Starbucks Internship Program is paid, full time, 10 week program (June – August 2025), designed to provide students with an opportunity to gain meaningful work experience in a field of interest and expertise within the Starbucks Store Development Enterprise. Roles will be based out of the Seattle Support Center in Seattle, WA.

Some things for you to tackle include: * *
Conducting research and benchmarking to identify best practices for soft services in facilities management
Collaborating with stakeholders to understand current service challenges and opportunities for improvement.
Developing a framework for the soft services program, including defining key performance metrics and service standards
Assisting in the design of an implementation plan with timelines, resource allocation, and training materials
We’d * * love to hear from students with: * *
Strong research and analytical skills to support data-driven decision-making
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to engage with diverse stakeholders
Experience or coursework in facilities management or related fields
Knowledge of project management principles and tools for effective program implementation
Internship Program Qualifications: * *
Active enrollment in an accredited college or university pursuing a bachelor's degree
Facilities Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering
Anticipated graduation date between December 2025 - June 2026
Ability to work full time from June – August 2025
