  2. Will you be enrolled in a minimum of 10 credits during winter quarter?

  3. Please identify your graduate program of study.

  4. What is your expected date of graduation?

  5. Why are you interested in this position?

  6. Topic 1: Your assignment is to select a strong and diverse class of freshmen for the University of Washington. What is the meaning of strong and diverse? What academic factors would you choose to consider in reviewing applications for the desired freshman class, and why? What personal factors would you choose to consider in reviewing applications for the desired freshman class, and why?

  7. Topic 2: How will you objectively evaluate an applicant whose views conflict with yours? Is it ever appropriate to use judgment based on personal opinion in reviewing for admission to a public university? Please give an example to illustrate your decision.

  8. Admissions Review Readers must implement the University of Washington’s holistic review policy as the faculty has directed. If you have ideological disagreements with the policy, how will you reconcile that if you are selected for this position?
