Robert Half Manager of Benefits in Secaucus, New Jersey

Description We are in search of a Manager of Benefits to join our team in Secaucus, New Jersey. The candidate will be responsible for leading the benefits function, developing strategies and wellness programs, and addressing data and leave of absence issues. This is a standalone role that requires managing vendor relationships and providing global support.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the benefits function, developing and implementing strategic plans.

• Design wellness programs that promote employee health and wellbeing.

• Analyze data to optimize benefits offerings and ensure compliance.

• Manage leave of absence cases, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

• Present to executives and discuss benefits programs with new hires, providing comprehensive information and addressing queries.

• Manage vendor relationships, ensuring efficient service delivery.

• Provide support to global teams, understanding and addressing region-specific benefits needs.

• Leverage your experience with self-insured plans and Workday in executing your responsibilities.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to benefits, ensuring a smooth and efficient benefits administration process.

• Utilize skills in ADP Workforce Now, Benefit Functions, and Claim Administration to perform tasks effectively. Requirements • Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now software

• Comprehensive understanding of Benefit Functions

• Experience in Claim Administration

• Knowledge of Compliance regulations and standards

• Proven managerial skills and ability to lead a team

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to strategize and make data-driven decisions

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities

• Experience in HR or related field is preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
