Key responsibilities
Financial Analysis and Reporting:
Develop financial models to assess the impact of supply chain decisions on the organization's bottom line.
Prepare and present reports on financial performance related to supply chain operations.
Compliance and Auditing:
Ensure adherence to tax regulations and compliance standards for goods received, invoices, and supplier payments.
Conduct periodic audits of supply chain transactions to identify discrepancies or inefficiencies.
Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, tax regulations, and industry standards.
Invoice Matching and Processing:
Verify the accuracy of invoices, credit memos, debit memos, statement of account and goods received notes (GRNs), and purchase orders (POs).
Collaborate with accounts payable teams to resolve discrepancies in supplier payments.
Liaise with vendors to acquire the outstanding documentation
Serve as the primary point of contact for eInvoice, vendor inquiries, addressing issues related to orders, invoices, and payments.
Process Optimization:
Identify inefficiencies in the financial and supply chain processes and recommend improvements.
Assist in the implementation of ERP or other integrated systems to streamline workflows
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Act as a liaison between finance, procurement, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless operations.
Support budget forecasting and financial planning related to supply chain activities.
Work closely with internal teams, including finance, accounts payable, and operations, to align procurement with organizational goals.
Data Management and Analysis:
Analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights into procurement and inventory management.
Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data related to supply chain transactions.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Accounting or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of supply chain management principles and financial accounting standards.
Minimum of 3–5 years of procurement experience, with demonstrated expertise in indirect procurement.
Strong understanding of procurement best practices, invoice processing, and vendor relationship management.
Proficiency in procurement and financial systems such as SAP (preferred), or similar ERP platforms.
Attention to detail to ensure compliance and accurate data management.
