Overview The PES Certified Center Analyst is responsible for developing and delivering cost plan as well as designing, implementing, and maintaining processes and controls. The Certified Center Analyst is additionally responsible for reconciling Fixed Asset transactions with production reporting to ensure capital credits are applied appropriately. This role, as a reporting Subject Matter Expert, routinely develops ad-hoc financial and operational reporting using PES process knowledge to provide analytical and operational support to the Certified Center Senior Manager and Supervisors

Responsibilities - Coaches and leads PES Coordinators in daily duties, developing new processes, and driving production visibility and reporting. - Manages Certified Center cost plan and partners with Certified Center Senior Manager to develop annual operating plan. - Develops plan forecast on a weekly basis to provide visibility to Certified Center management to deliver periodic, quarterly and annual plans. - Actively manages Certified Center periodic equipment inventories in partnership with PES Supervisors. Conducts periodic analysis on the Property Exception Listing (PEL). - Utilizes Lean Six Sigma tools to drive efficiency in production, reporting and processes to reduce cost. - Provides high-level analysis of Certified financial reporting and detailed analysis of Fixed Asset transactions. - Plans, develops and maintains operational reporting for the Certified Center. - Subject Matter Expert for PES reporting tools (e.g. Smartview, Enterprise Reporting Tool, Business Objects, etc). - Responsible for periodic journal entries. - Works with Certified Center Main Parts Room to manage ordering at period end to deliver zero balance. - Responsible for coordinating LCA Process Owner inputs and ensuring effective, appropriate assessment of controls. - Serves as a primary point of contact for Division analysts providing detailed Certified reporting on request.

Qualifications - Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience. - Demonstrated capability with advanced Microsoft Excel and Word. - Strong organizational skills and proven ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities. - Demonstrated ability to remain professional with upset and difficult-to-handle internal customers. - Demonstrated ability to organize and execute complex projects. - Strong analytical mindset.

Preferred Qualifications: - Prior Foodservice and/or bottler operations experience. - Prior Lean Six Sigma qualification/experience. - Prior experience with Pepsi reporting applications (e.g. CETS, Business Objects, etc.)
