Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking a General Labor Worker to join their team. As a General Labor Worker, you will be part of the production team supporting pallet production and maintenance. The ideal candidate will be reliable, hardworking, and committed to maintaining a high standard of work ale to stand on your feet in outside weather.
Job Title: Production Helper
Shift : Open to all 3 shifts
Location: Selma, CA
Pay Range: $16-17
What's the Job?
Assemble, repair, and inspect wooden pallets according to company standards.
Operate machinery and tools used in pallet production and repair.
Handle and move materials and finished products within the facility.
Perform routine maintenance on equipment and keep work areas clean and organized.
Follow all safety protocols and operational procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
What's Needed?
Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is a plus, but not required.
Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and operate hand tools and machinery.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a high standard of work.
