Part-time or Full time; Non-Exempt Reports to: Picking Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities:

What does a picker do?

• Process customer orders quickly and efficiently by using technology to locate the item(s).
• Troubleshoot orders by locating the item and reporting any inventory discrepancies.
• Deliver the order to the packing team to ship to the customer.

This is a fun and fast paced job that involves a lot of walking during your shift. Perfect for anyone who hates to sit at a desk! Skip the gym!

Additional duties may include:

• Receipt and placement of inbound inventory
• Pulling and packing of outbound inventory.
• Shipment processing.
• Inventory maintenance.
• Housekeeping such as sweeping and maintaining orderly stock on shelves.

Qualifications

• Are highly motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Interested in advancement with a growing company. Fun fact: many of our supervisors started as Order Pickers!
• Can lift 50 lbs.
• Are available to work part-time or full-time hours, Monday-Friday with the possibility of working overtime hours and some Saturdays. Hours vary by workload and increase in peak season.
• Can stand, walk, bend, climb stairs and step ladders, stoop, and reach for the duration of the shift.
• Are able to perform assignments in a warehouse setting where the temperature is variable depending on seasonal conditions.
• Agree to a background check.

Preferred:

• High School Diploma or GED

Working Conditions: Requires working in a warehouse environment with possibility of periods with extreme temperatures. Must be able to walk withoutassistance anduse hands and arms to locate and remove items from shelves. Order pickers occasionally need to navigate stairs. This position involves frequent standing, bending, lifting and pulling. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Compensation and Benefits

$12.36 plus incentive up to $20.16 an hour
