TCM need additional support for their farming operations. Employee will be responsible for assisting with soil testing and general farm operations including maintenance, planning and field research.
The employer will provide free and convenient cooking and kitchen facilities so the workers may prepare their own meals. The workers will be allowed time to drive themselves, or will be transported to a store or market to purchase their own food and cooking supplies. Employer provided housing includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and an operational sink. If free and convenient kitchen facilities become unavailable for any reason, the employer will provide three meals a day for which it will charge individual workers, by payroll deduction, no more than the daily permitted amount as provided in 20 CFR 655.173 which was \$15.88 as of February 14, 2024.
Employer will provide daily transportation between the housing provided or secured by the employer and the employer\'s place of employment at no cost to the worker.
