Hyatt Assistant Manager - Concierge in SEOUL, South Korea

Description:

  • You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers.

  • To ensure the smooth and efficient running of all operational aspects of the hotel according to the standards set for the Hyatt – Andaz brand and the hotel whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations

Qualifications:

  • Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.

  • Minimum 5 years work experience as Assistant Manager, Team Leader - Front Office / Guest Relations in a luxury international hotel.

  • Problem solving, motivating, and organizational skills are used often.

  • Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.

  • Good operational, administrative, and interpersonal skills are a must
