Job Summary
This role will provide Project and Construction Management services for a variety of clients. The working location will be CBRE HQ office.
Key Responsibilities
Extensive market knowledge in commercial real estate
Establish business strategy and manage revenue
Professionality for client-facing meetings or presentation
Manage to establish project objectives based on understanding of the requirements and experiences
Lead or advise communication with the project team and relevant parties
Manage or advise project execution
Manage or advise project documentation and reporting
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in related discipline, eg. Architectural Engineering or Construction Management
20+ years’ experience in Project or Construction Management
Licensed Architectural Engineer/Technician is preferred.
Experience in a real estate company doing Project Management or Construction Management or Experience at a Construction Management company or Construction Engineering company is preferred.

[자격 요건]
-4년제 대학에서 관련 전공자 우대 (건축학과, 건설관리 등)
-20년 이상의 프로젝트관리, 건설관리 경험 (상무급)
-건축기사, 건축기술사, PMP, LEED 자격증 소지자 우대
-부동산 업계에서의 PM, CM 경험 우대
-건축사 사무소, 건설사, CM사 등에서의 PM, CM 경험 우대
