Hyatt [Grand Hyatt Seoul] F&B Sales & Marketing Clerk/Team Leader - F&B in SEOUL, South Korea

Description:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive guest and colleague interactions.

  • Support hotel membership activities by aligning with corporate strategy and assisting with marketing initiatives to drive loyalty and revenue growth.

  • Proactively manage financial aspects, including budgets, payroll, and expense control, while maximizing profitability.

  • Collaborate with teams to promote food and beverage sales, organize promotions, and create tailored dining experiences.

  • Ensure operational excellence by maintaining accurate databases, and upholding hotel standards.

  • Develop marketing strategies and utilize member databases to promote events, special offers, and unique dining experiences.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold Korean ID and must be fluent in Korean

  • Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.

  • Business Level of English or other languages is desired.

  • Experience of working in hotel-related operational positions would be a useful benefit.

  • Preferred to be able to join in January 2025.

  • Able to work in office from 9:00AM to 6:00PM.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is mandatory. Experience with design software like Photoshop and Canva is essential.

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on effective collaboration and teamwork. Business-level English proficiency is required.

  • Commercial Awareness: Demonstrates a keen understanding of market trends, competitor analysis, and financial considerations, including cost-effectiveness and profit optimization.

  • Motivational Leadership: Proven ability to inspire and influence teams, fostering a culture of cooperation, positivity, and harmony.

  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical abilities with a focus on conflict resolution, data interpretation, and innovative decision-making.

  • Strategic Orientation: Capable of defining and implementing strategies aligned with organizational goals, effectively communicating vision, and adapting to complex negotiations.
