Job Description Summary
Responsible for ensuring that customers (e.g. end-users, technicians, operators, partners) are properly introduced and trained to optimally use products like basic operations, clinical options, upgrades for ultrasound delivered, installed & handed over to maximize customer satisfaction.
Provide clinical value by training internal and external customers based on active communication, product research also evaluation with the global & Korea team and increase product growth and market share gains to overall 'Point Of Care and Hand-Held' segment ultrasound KOLs.

GE Healthcare에서 POCHH (Point of Care & Hand-Held) 초음파 장비의 Clinical Application 업무를 담당하실 대리과장급 인재를 채용 중입니다. 초음파, 업체에 대한 경험이 있으시거나, 유관 업무 경력자 및 다음 전문과목에 대한 경험자를 우대합니다 (응급의학과, 중환자의학과, 마취통증의학과, 근골격계).
Roles and Responsibilities
Increase orders, sales, margin, and share through world-class clinical consulting, strong customer relationships, and educational support for regional sales team, local/national “show sites” and regional customer base. These roles require specialty clinical qualifications.
Broadening knowledge of own sales territory, product lines, markets, sales processes or customer groups to execute policy/strategy. Still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills.
Basic understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. Good understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
May have some autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework. Resolves issues in situations that require commercial knowledge and judgment within established procedures. Consults more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.
A job at this level requires good interpersonal skills. Communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered. For customer facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE. Explains technical information to others.
Required Qualifications
This role requires advanced experience in Sales & Clinical Sales. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
A Bachelor's degree in radiology is preferred, but not required.
Beginner to Intermediate level of English skills required.
Minimum 3 years relevant work experience
