Principal Duties and Responsibilities
■ Create and develop sales performance
Plans daily activity including customers to visit and quantitative and qualitative objectives to achieve. Create a time efficient plan
Organize demonstrations for existing and potential customers, advises customers on the presentation of the products and the promotional materials and participates in trade events
Identifies and analyzes customer needs and develops commercial talking points
Develop rapport with hospital staff, including surgeons
Distributors sales management
■ Distributors Training
- Educates the sales representatives from the distributors
■ Communication
- Communicates with marketing team and all stakeholders clearly and efficiently
■ Collect and Survey
Collect and survey on the market information
Responsibly manage administrative tasks; reporting of sales/procedures, outcomes of sales activities, submission of expense reports, etc.
Job Requirements
Good selling and interpersonal skills plus pleasant personality
Strong focus to drive sales
Excellent customer service, desire to acquire knowledge and drive to succeed
Education/ Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Automotive Engineering preferred, especially those with a background in Biomedical Engineering.
Preferably experienced in medical device sales.
Proficient in English communication (speaking, writing, reading).
Travel Requirements
Need to be able to travel overseas
