CAE USA INC Financial Analyst in Seoul, United States

About This Role

The Financial Analyst supports Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable & General accounting activities. Responsible for billing, collection, payments and other related accounting processes. To assist in other reporting task as assigned by the Group Finance Leader.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generate invoices and process receipts and credit notes.

  • Vendor invoice processing and payment preparation.

  • Preparation of reconciliations for AR, AP and other receivable/payable accounts

  • Timely distribution of statement of accounts to debtors

  • Regular review of unallocated /unidentified receipts for further actions

  • Monitor customer account details and initiate the dunning process for the overdue accounts

  • Maintain and update Lease Schedules (IFRS16)

  • Prepare the AR ageing analysis monthly

  • Preparation and reconciliations for intercompany balances, accruals listing and other balance sheet accounts.

  • Ensure deadlines for report submission are met and attend AR related queries from scheduling department.

  • Interface with other divisions to ensure smooth end to end AR and AP process

  • Support Group Finance Leader in preparation of audit schedules and other tax and statutory forms or templates

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Education Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in finance or accounting

    Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

  • Familiar with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Accounting processes

  • Worked in a multinational or international company

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Excel)

  • Knowledge and experience in Hyperion Planning & Oracle or similar ERP systems.

  • Fluency in English and Korean.
