7 Cedars Resort Casino Ambassador - 7 Cedars in Sequim, Washington
{width="351" height="294"} Do you thrive on building connections and creating memorable experiences for others? 7 Cedars Casino is hiring a full-time Casino Ambassador to ensure every guest's visit is nothing short of extraordinary. The Casino Ambassador assists in maintaining the overall customer satisfaction of Casino floor customers; maintains rapport with current customers, department team members, and department leaders. The Ambassador is responsible for soliciting club enrollments from unrated players and educating customers on the benefits of the club. The position also helps in the promotion and staging of marketing events and promotions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Consistently exhibits an upbeat and positive attitude at all times; greets customers and answers inquiries
- Assists the Player's Club with special events, tournaments and promotions and particularly in managing the overall customer experience
- Analyze player accounts and information
- Ability to perform all Totem Rewards Representative duties
- Maintain daily tracking logs
- Address and provide resolution to guest complaints and concerns
- Assists Host with player development initiatives
- Use comps and amenities to properly reward players and build loyalty to 7 Cedars Casino
- Responsible for assisting the casino host(s) and casino floor staff in delivering comps
- Maintains accurate headcounts in the VIP Lounge
- Informs customers as to upcoming special events and promotions
- Maintains high level of visibility throughout Casino
- Interacts and visits with customers to develop customer loyalty
- Identifies potential club members from direct observation of slot and table customers on the floor.
- Approaches customers in a professional manner and attempts to gain their enrollment in the club.
- Must be able to address stressful situations with clients with dignity and the utmost tact and politeness
- Must exercise confidentiality and discretion on a daily basis
- Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned
- Must follow all safety rules and regulations
Follow all general and department policies and procedures
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Two years of customer service experience; gaming experience preferred
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to focus in a high volume, fast paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, Outlook and Photoshop
- Ability to foster a cooperative work environment
- Ability to public speak and use microphone to promote club events
- Must possess outstanding interpersonal communications skills to effectively interface with guests and/or team members
- Strong organization, prioritization and multi-tasking skills
- Strong attention to detail, and a commitment to quality
Highly adaptable with the ability to adjust to change in a positive manner
