Providence St. Joseph Health RN Manager - Long Term Care in Seward, Alaska
Under general supervision works in collaboration with the Director of Nursing, Guide and other members of the multidisciplinary team delivers elder centered care in a compassionate and ethical manner according to standards of practice and incorporating Green House Philosophy as part of our core values and practices. This position manages programs to ensure a comprehensive approach to quality improvement and infection control at Providence Seward Mountain Haven. Manages the quality assurance/ improvement/ infection control programs and works in collaboration with the Director of Quality PSMCC. Serves on the management team and plays an intregal role in regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

Required Qualifications:
Coursework/Training Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing as a Registered Nurse.
Upon hire: Alaska Registered Nurse License
Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
3 years Experience as an RN in a healthcare facility.
1 year Experience managing programs or staff in a healthcare setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree Related to health sciences field.
Long term care experience.
Experience in human resource/organizational development and/or healthcare training.
Quality Improvement and Infection Control experience.
