Perform office functions concerning the installation, renovation, and repair of restaurant equipment and kitchens for national brand fast food restaurants. Operate copier, fax, scanner, and computer. Troubleshoot problems involving office equipment including computer hardware and software. Answer phones, take messages, complete work schedules, manage calendars and arrange appointments. Prepare meeting agendas, attend meetings, and record and transcribe minutes. Communicate with customers and employees to answer questions, take orders, and address complaints. Maintain updated data of invoices and payments. Prepare and mail bills, contracts and invoices and collect payments. Maintain inventory, order equipment and supplies. Answer correspondence and prepare outgoing mail. Deliver messages and run errands in residential and commercial structures.
