Our Operations Center Operators work daytime shifts helping one of the World’s most exciting companies and their employees in downtown San Francisco.  We problem-solve and manage situations.  We think on the job and assist security teams, law enforcement, and Employees throughout their modern campus in the financial district.   We interact with Clients and leaders at all levels to identify problems, resolve complex situations and work together to help people.  We provide concierge-level support in a dynamic environment.  Our Operators have a responsibility and take responsibility. Specific Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to the client, its associates, and facilities personnel.

  • Monitor CCTV and card access control.

  • Generate work orders for maintenance and safety conditions that might endanger the client, its associates, or public safety - including fires, evacuations, hazardous situations, or other facility-related events. 

  • Assist client personnel with a smile and with a friendly vibe.

  • Respond to all requests for assistance relayed by Supervisor or client; complete various company or client assignments as required; submit reports to appropriate personnel.

  • Responsible for ensuring that all employees, suppliers, and visitors on company property have proper company-issued identification.

  • Ensure that daily administrative documentation is kept concise and complete at all times; maintain all everyday assigned equipment is functional and in presentable condition.

  • Perform other related duties as required.

Minimum Training and Qualifications

  • Must have a minimum of 1 year of S.O.C. experience.

  • Must be able to perform investigations.

  • Must be reliable and have outstanding customer service.

  • Must have a high school diploma or G.E.D.

  • Must have strong computer, administrative, and report writing skills.

  • Must be able and willing to work with minimal supervision.

  • Must be able to handle stressful situations and emergencies and have the ability to evaluate the seriousness and notify emergency services immediately when appropriate.

  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English.

  • Some posts require the ability to sit and stand for long periods and climb stairs.

  • Due to client requirements, individuals must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and provide verifiable proof of their vaccination status, to work at this location.

Compensation:

  • Starting pay is $27/hr
