Every one of our Customer Care Professionals represents the American Express Brand. At Global New Accounts, you will be playing a key role to support American Express business by processing and issuing American Express corporate card fast and easy for our customers. You are expected to be a problem solver and enabler for our card members and our business. And the people you’ll work with, and the customers you’ll care for, value your passion and unique personality as much as we do.

Role & Responsibilities:

You will be handling our new commercial card applications. This includes:

  • Data capturing of new applications into Amex new application data base.

  • Work with corporate apps team in Tokyo to ensure all data captured is accurate and processed in timely manner.

  • If required, process manual underwriting and decision of applications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Great Team Player

  • Strong written and verbal communication in Japanese, minimum JLPT N2

  • Ability to work in a fast paced metric driven environment

  • Proficient at multitasking and navigation in a Windows environment

  • Possess a degree or above education level

  • Degree and above, with at least 3 years’experience in the relevant field. Diploma, with at least 5 years’experience in the relevant field. Technical Certificate or equivalent, with at least 7 years’experience in the relevant field. (For the purpose of EP application)

  • 東京と連携を取り、申込の所定のプロセスを円滑に進める

  • カード申込に係る審査業務のサポート
