How will you make an impact in this role?
Reviewing transactions processed by Customers ensuring that they are in line with the Card Acceptance Policy to prevent losses to both the Customer and American Express
Deliver outstanding customer service
Offer custom solutions and negotiate a positive outcome for the customer and American Express
Keep pace with the ever-changing world of business transactions, identify new trends and develop continuous process improvements
Meet and exceed quality goals, compliance regulations and productivity targets
Document necessary information
Minimum Qualifications
Demonstrate personal excellence and resiliency by remaining positive and calm in difficult situations

Able to make good, sound judgement
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment as well as multitask and re-prioritise on a regular basis
