Veralto Accounting & Sales Operations Supervisor in Shanghai, China
Fulfill the monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close processes, and generate the required reports for the headquarters and commercial teams.
Support the e-commerce and direct business operations, including:
Manage PPC (pay-per-click) top-ups.
Process service fee settlements.
Apply for VAT invoices from vendors.
Collaborate with the headquarters and customer service teams on financial management tasks, such as:
Maintain credit terms
Manage accounts receivables
Complete payments to various vendors, including marketing agents, suppliers, and licensees.
Issue and distribute VAT invoices to customers for both direct sales and e-commerce sales.
