Description and Requirements

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) focused on the development and management of IoT (Internet of Things) ecosystems. As an IoT Ecosystem TPM, you will be responsible for coordinating work across different teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. You will collaborate closely with development teams, product managers, business teams, and partners to ensure effective planning, execution, and monitoring of all aspects of the IoT ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

-Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of IoT ecosystem-related projects, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, milestones, and delivery schedules.

-Manage project risks and take necessary actions to minimize the impact of risks on project delivery.

-Coordinate work across departments and teams, resolving any issues or conflicts that arise during projects.

-Collaborate with product managers and business teams to drive the development of product roadmaps and strategies to expand the scope and impact of the IoT ecosystem.

Key qualifications:

-5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience

-Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules

-Deep understanding of IoT technologies and market trends, able to lead and drive the development and implementation of innovative solutions.

-Highly motivated and strong leadership and problem-solving skills, able to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities under pressure.

-Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies and tools, with relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM) preferred.

-Deep understanding of IoT technologies and market trends, able to lead and drive the development and implementation of innovative solutions.
