For our Sales and Channel Excellence Team , we are looking for a Channel Manager to help us drive Channel Management within Siemens and beyond. We are a highly motivated team and are excited to get to know you.

You’ll make an impact by

  • SI China channel transparency and analysis, track channel market activity ;

  • Organize SI level partner promotion activities or conferences ;

  • Lead SI partner yearly training plan and execution ;

  • Joint define channel policy, and promote channel partner development ;

  • Define SI channel rule and implement relevant market discipline management ;

  • Define SI partner development plan and process ;

  • Partner KA management;

  • Manage and optimize channel systems, processes and documentation;

  • Monitor channel business monthly / quarterly performance and improve channel productivity as well as efficiency ;

  • Improve channel synergy with Siemens internal BU;

  • Lead platform development and implement of channel CRM,channel management and channel report;

  • Other related tasks assigned by superior;

  • Guide and support team members

Your defining qualities

  • min. 5 years working experience on managing channel business;

  • Multination company working experience is preferred;

  • Ambitious and aggressive to develop long term business, be able to coordinate on multiple interests and make fair decisions;

  • Commercial Knowledge;

  • Sales & Negotiation skills;

  • Strong Presentation & Communication Skills;

  • Self-starter, result oriented, and energizing;

  • MS Office Skills;

  • Good oral and written English;

  • Project Management;

  • Customer Relationship management and Partnership Management experience;

  • Basic technical know-how on SI products and solution;

  • Siemens policy and culture knowledge;

  • Team leading experiences.
