About the role

The role of the Penfolds Incubation Content Manager is to be responsible for the direction and development of (campaign and non-campaign) content initiatives that help grow brand awareness, saliency and consideration, and drive luxury positioning. Working with agency partners and the broader Penfolds global content team, the role helps produces industry defining creative.

The role works closely with the Global and regional Content & Media Manager, Head of Content, Media & Collaborations, Brand owners, supporting major campaigns and collaborations, as well as leading their own campaigns. Alongside the PR/Social and Digital Manager, they are also the day-to-day review point for creative being produced across all channels.

The role requires equal parts creative vision, project management and an eye for detail. From reviewing and crafting brand content to providing constructive feedback on campaign videos, the days are varied, fast-paced and rewarding.

More importantly, this role will be responsible for incubating top level social accounts including reactivating WINE BOSS etc. Candidates should possess keen social insights, strong content management skills, the ability to drive traffic, strong network of influencers, and business development to explore and expand content, collaboration and traffic opportunities. And the sense of monitization of these social accounts.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the development of campaign toolkits and assets for brand campaigns and new product releases

• Lead event content production and event content capture

• Lead brand social content strategy and regional social calendar impletment

• Stakeholder and project management.

• Drive brand aesthetic and content best practice across digital channels working with the channel owners on planning and implementation

• Day-to-Day collect creative guidance and brand toolkits / Reviews across all markets

• Brand video development and photography

• Support key hype campaigns, media partnerships and sponsorships

• Asset management and licencing, including legal reviews

About you

• 6+ years experience in marketing and / or communications, including; multichannel content creation (digital, social, OOH etc.) and campaign management

• Experience with creating compelling communications for different target audiences

• Experience producing content for Chinese Social Media Channels (WeChat, Red Book, Weibo, Douyin etc)

• Experience in video editing software a plus

• A strong brief writer and adept at providing considered, constructive creative feedback

• Proven experience managing large scale projects across diverse stakeholder groups

• Proven brand and commercial results of working collaboratively to deliver campaigns based on consumer insights

• Proven agency management for deliverables and budget management

• Intermediate experience with Creative Tools (Photoshop etc.)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven experience copywriting and/or copy editing

• Experience managing global campaigns and / or luxury marketing a plus
