Teradyne Customer Production Support Engineer in Shanghai, China
Responsibilities:
Managing daily operation of field service/application team
Developing organizational technology capabilities and mentoring engineers
Building organizational knowledge and experience sharing structure
Developing customer relationships and gain new business opportunities
Integration with sales to sell value of products and services to customers
Guide solution development and manage project execution
Provide support and guidance to service team
Requirements:
Bachelor or higher degree in electronic/computer engineering or related fields
Minimum 5 years’ experience in leading semiconductor field service team
Result oriented and track records in managing projects and provide problem solution
Realize Semi supply chain and extensive work experience with customers from design-in to ATE manufacturers and production
Strong analytical problem solving skill and market sense to package service value
Demonstrate confidence and negotiation skill to get win-win solution with internal and external customers.
