Job Description
Responsibilities:
Based on the characteristics of customers in different vertical segments, formulate long-term strategies, short-term tactics, and specific implementation plans for digital marketing by combining internal and external resources;
Coordinate internal product resources, cross-team channel resources, and third-party media resources to implement specific plans targeting customer needs, and continuously optimize implementation methods to increase lead generation opportunities;
Collaborate with global teams to acquire high-quality customer engagement resources and conduct targeted promotions through localized production.
Continuously improve customers' digital experience through data analysis, tool development, content creation, and other methods, improving brand awareness and dedication to convert business opportunities;
Promote the use of AI tools through global collaboration, empowering product, marketing, and sales teams to improve work efficiency.
Requirements:
BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
At least 5 years of working experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a medical device industry background (social agency background preferred)
Knowledge in social media is an advantage
Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese (Mandarin)
Good project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Good interpersonal skills and ability to quickly establish credibility with sales and product teams
Proficient and confident in presenting with internal colleagues
