Job Responsibilities:

• Support and work with production system manager to develop and implement the production equipment maintenance strategy.

• To prepare and control the annual master maintenance plan for production equipment.

• Lead the monthly maintenance work based on master plan by communication with other relevant function.

• Lead the engineer to work together with flow technician to perform maintenance work according to maintenance master plan on schedule.

• Work out training plan for improving engineer and flow technician maintenance skills.

• Support and coach the engineer and flow technician for serious trouble-shooting

• Contribute the positive idea to keep the running smoothly in production or implement equipment improvement job

• Spare parts control with the daily requisition issue and budget including the local manufacture to replace the import partly.

• Prepare & provide training to maintenance people/operator so that the equipment can be able to operated properly and safety

Digitization

• Participate in the planning of manufacturing information system and supporting hardware system

• Collect and understand the industry's advanced digital manufacturing, intelligent manufacturing information technology, planning and implementation of the relevant fixed asset investment plan

• Responsible for collecting the requirements of manufacturing data collection in various functions, sorting out the requirements list of manufacturing data collection, and making the implementation plan of data collection

• Construction of Digital Architecture and Daily Operation and Maintenance of Factory Production Equipment

• Collect computer hardware and software, network, server, information management and other related knowledge

• RRegular inspection of the system, including databases, logs, etc

• System lifecycle management

Qualifications:

• At least two years production equipment management experience with the pharmaceutical equipment process line and/or package line.（except for current students）

• At least one year technical people management experience.

• Well Knowledge on automation,OPC,PLC or with the mechnical engineering　professional knowledge

• Good problem finding and solving ability

• Proficient in the application of various industrial communication protocols, such as Modbus, OPC, Profibus etc.

• Proficient in the application of various industrial communication protocols, such as Modbus, OPC, Profibus and so on to understand the IOT network architecture, with the initial IT knowledge, for edge computing, cloud and other basic knowledge

• Good customer focus and teamwork coordination
