Job Description

1. 销售团队管理：领导、指导和激励销售团队，制定目标和计划，监督销售活动与预算管理，确保团队按时达成销售目标。

   2. 销售策略制定：与市场营销等各跨职能团队合作，保持有效的协调沟通，制定并实施城市范围内的医学渠道销售策略和计划，以促进销售增长和市场份额的扩大。

   3. 销售数据分析：定期分析销售数据，识别销售机会和瓶颈，并提出改进建议，优化销售流程和业绩。

   4. 客户关系管理：建立并维护与客户和KOL的良好关系，了解客户需求，提供个性化的解决方案，并确保客户满意度的提高，同时探索合作机会，共同推动销售增长和市场扩展。

   5. 市场分析与反馈：收集市场信息，监测竞争对手的动态，分析市场趋势和客户反馈，为销售策略的调整提供数据支持。

   6. 团队管理与发展：为销售团队提供培训和发展机会，提升他们的销售技能和专业知识，以提高团队整体绩效。

   7. 遵循商业行为准则，合法合理带领团队开展业务活动。

   8. 完成上级要求的各项任务。

Qualifications

1. 本科以及上学历，市场营销、医药等相关专业。

   2. 三年以上销售管理经验，快速消费品，护肤品或相关行业优先。

   3. 出色的团队合作精神及团队管理能力，能够激励团队成员达到共同目标。

   4. 良好的沟通和协调能力，能够与内部跨部门和外部合作伙伴建立良好的合作关系。

   5. 制定销售计划和合理控制销售费用的能力以及良好的市场分析和数据解读能力，能够基于数据制定决策和优化销售策略。

   6. 能够灵活应对市场变化，快速熟悉市场趋势和竞争格局，具备极强的抗压能力，创新思维和解决问题的能力。
