Job Purpose

This position has an objective to

• Communicate with all staff in a timely and comprehensive manner to cover all aspects of company life, promote corporate/company culture and value

• Improve employee engagement through the internal communication activities and campaigns

• Maintain and promote corporate/company brand through the internal and external communication channels

• Organize internal CSR activities, promoting the integration of CSR and corporate culture

• Support training program.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain internal communication channels, make sure the channels are effective, efficient and up-to-date;

• Participate in the daily communications in the company, use communication tools and channels to ensure internal communications efficient and smooth, including publishing announcements in Great China, managing logistics of communication meetings and town hall, designing and sending corporate newsletters and updating internal communication websites, etc.

• Plan and organize activities and campaigns to promote company culture and value, to cultivate positive working climate and harmonious employee relationships;

• Be responsible for employee engagement activities, such as birthday party, staff club, recognition and rewarding, annual party, etc.;

• Execute global campaigns, projects and communication plans in Great China, such as CSR, BVocal, ect.;

• Draft and release HR related announcements and news through internal communication channels;

• Draft and release articles and news through external communication channels;

• Support LD events assigned by LD Head;

• Other tasks assigned by the company.
