Google International Growth Consultant, Mid-Market Sales, Google Customer Solutions in Shanghai, China

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 4 years of experience gathering and presenting data to promote products, services, and solutions.

  • 4 years of experience working in a customer-facing role.

  • 3 years of experience using the sales lifecycle to drive business.

  • Experience in an analytical capacity, and experience in cross-border or exporting business.

  • Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to interact with local clients and stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience developing grounded insight-driven narrative applied in mobile, digital, and offline mediums into actionable business opportunities.

  • Experience working overseas or knowledge of one or more international markets/regions.

  • Ability to take initiative and work well in ambiguity, and an entrepreneurial and goal oriented mindset.

  • Excellent communication, problem solving, project management, presentation, and organizational skills. Ability to tell stories with data.

  • Identify high-impact international growth opportunities based on existing frameworks and tools, and develop new ideas and approaches to drive international growth and scale for an assigned portfolio.

  • Understand customer's objectives, and be a digital consultant to businesses looking for international opportunities.

  • Understand the market landscape, and develop and execute projects around international growth, impacting clients' understanding of global markets.

  • Contribute to growing international growth acumen and resources within Google, and support other members in your network by sharing knowledge about the assigned market.

  • Build thorough knowledge related to advertising on Google, Google Display Network, and YouTube.
