Danaher Corporation Marketing & Clinical Education Director in Shanghai, China
Develop and execute regional marketing plans in alignment with the company's overall strategy.
Establish and manage the regional marketing department, including team building, training, and performance evaluation.
Build and maintain good relationships with major customers and KOLs in the region to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Assist the sales team in developing new customers and expanding the market to achieve sales targets.
Participate in market research and competitive intelligence collection, analyze market dynamics and trends, and provide suggestions for product optimization and market strategy adjustments.
Organize and participate in academic promotion activities in the region to increase product visibility and influence in the medical community.
Track and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities, adjust strategies and plans timely to ensure the achievement of marketing objectives.
Organize and implement product training plans in the region, including product knowledge and sales skills training for the sales team, and product introduction and sales strategy training for distributors, to improve their professionalism and sales capabilities.
