Marketing Project Manager
What is the Job about
- The primary focus is on devising and implementing value-added content strategies and managing customer events. By creating significant value content and efficiently managing offline events, the role aims to enhance brand awareness, engage the regional target audience consistently, and ultimately contribute to the growth and profitability of the business.
Your main responsibilities
Value-Selling Marketing Content:
Strategize and implement value-selling content blueprints for product launches, customer success stories, media communications, and PR initiatives across a variety of platforms.
Manage cross-functional teams in creating engaging content like brochures, videos, and articles that spotlight product benefits and distinguishing selling points
Offline Event management
Conceptualize, plan, and manage regional offline marketing events such as Exhibitions, seminars, customer events, etc.
Integrate offline approach with digital efforts to in marketing campaigns to boost attendance and brand exposure.
Provide on-site leadership to guarantee seamless event operations, promptly resolving any emerging issues.
Conduct comprehensive post-event evaluations to identify areas of quality and opportunities for enhancement.
Regional and Global projects managements
Act as the key local contact for stakeholders on global projects, such as ECSS, to ensure timely communication and high-quality output
Manage regional marketing tasks, collaborating with internal teams to set clear aims and deliverables.
Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
Regularly monitor project progress, promptly identify and mitigate potential risks and obstacles.
Other Ad-hoc tasks and projects when required
Your background
Hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or Communications, accompanied by 5 - 8 years of relevant work experience in a comparable role.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English is required.
Have prior experience working within an international company and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
Customer-Centricity: Always places the customer at the heart of all marketing decisions and strategies. Understands customer needs, pain points, and desires, and crafts marketing initiatives that directly address and appeal to them.
Shows good skills in planning, organizing, and completing projects. Can manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously, allocate resources effectively, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Works well with teams from different departments and regions. Can maintain relationships, comprehend different perspectives, and work together to meet shared marketing goals.
Brings fresh and original ideas to marketing campaigns and projects. Can think creatively to develop engaging and effective marketing concepts and content.
