The Asia Program Management Office (PMO) drives close collaboration with many Amazon’s global teams to support the high-growth Global Selling business, coordiates a large number of global and local programs and initiatives.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial, analytical, and insight-driven Senior Program Manager to join the Asia PMO supporting China, Korea, and SE Asia teams. In this role, the Senior Program Manager will lead various Seller Quality programs, partner with local and global teams to analyze Seller experience pain points, identify process improvement opprotunities and drive changes to solve identified challenges, help Global Selling sellers adopt the right products and grow their global business on Amazon.

Key job responsibilities

• Lead various Seller Quality programs and projects to improve Asia Global Selling sellers' overall quality and selling experience on Amazon.

• Work backwards from the voice of the seller, partner with local teams to deep dive and investigate selling challenges, effectively prioritize resources, derive seller insights to senior leadership.

• Advocate on behalf of Asia Global Selling sellers, leverage insights from market trends, local nuances, quantitative/qualitative analysis to influence global product and policy teams to reflect our sellers' needs into their product roadmap, driving business results.

• Build strong partnership with global cross-functional, cross-organizational stakeholders, facilitate business reviews and drive alignments

Understand complex business problems across business units, deliver creative and effective product, process, policy solutions

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience

  • 5+ years of team management experience

  • 5+ years of cross functional project delivery experience

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience

  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership
