Job Description Summary

As a Regional Channel Manager, you will responsible for chooses and develops distribution partners through knowledge of the local markets and competitors. Serves as the interface between the company and the distributor, which will include sales, marketing, contract compliance, training and other support activities.

Job Description

Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Work with the care area sales team to define regional channel structure, enhance the utilization of existing channels with a view to integrate and simplify where appropriate, help formulate strategies for identifying, developing and managing new channels by leveraging synergies

  • Apply methodology to drive and monitor channel effectiveness and improvement initiatives

  • Apply standards, programs and create Op Mechs for performance reviews

  • Share standards, best practices and capabilities across the other regions

  • Perform, track and document channel management activities such as channel recruitment, on-boarding, enablement, termination, conversion and rebate and ensure compliance.

  • Channel management from the distributors to the tier 2 channel.

  • Inventory management optimization through the channels and monitoring and auditing the inventory at channel including the consignment planning and adjustment to prevent and minimize the risks of overstocking beyond the company policy

  • Cultivating long-term relationship with strategic channel partners to support business growth.

  • Ensure the Distributor understands our Code of Conduct and Corporate Integrity Policy and have been trained accordingly.

  • Ensure that any and all potential code of conduct issues are immediately reported through the appropriate channels.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • 20+ years experienced & excellent know-how in Pharma(Device), Healthcare & Medical

  • 15+ years experiences & excellent management skills for channel, partner relationship management & distributor in China.
