Job Description

LEGO MG Retail marketing is leading and driving the marketing priorities across omni channels in China Market Group. We are part of the global retail shopper activation team to share China voice and in line with global direction.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead and drive the retail marketing period GTM campaigns independently thru planning, briefing, prototype reviews, deployment and execution tracking.

  • Plan and implement the marketing initiatives independently thru x-functional collaborations.

  • Track all campaign execution with data analysis and reporting

  • Work with x-functional team (offline and online) to amplify the campaign delivery

  • Plan and drive the retail marketing excellence thru innovative ways of optimizing investment and track on the execution.

Do you have what it takes:

  • Bachelor degree in business, marketing or related field is preferred.

  • Strong analytic skills & data obsessed

  • Strong ownership & communication skills

  • Strong interest in retail marketing with related marketing experiences

  • Open-minded, result-driven and resilient

  • Proficient written and spoken English and Mandarin.
