Job Description

  • Job Description and Mainly Responsibilities:

  • Support regional sales leader deliver clear FCST and facilitate Funnel review

  • Analyzing sales data and identifying trends and opportunities for improvement

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Finance, legal, supply chain, trade compliance etc. to streamline processes and improve efficiency

  • Providing support and guidance to the sales team in achieving their targets and objectives

  • Support QTC work, such as Preparation of tender documents, contract management, maintain customer account, price quote application, complaint and other related work.

  • Other task assigned by line manager

  • Minimum Qualifications (must have):

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, biologics or same industry background preferred.

  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations or a related field

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and other data analysis tools, i.e SFDC, Power BI etc.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication and bargain skills.

  • Fluency in English reading, writing and speaking.

  • Independent thinking skills and a strong sense of responsibility is mandatory.

  • Ability on generating future work plan base on business target.
